Empaque
Empacamos nuestras piezas de la manera más eco-amigable posible. Utilizamos bolsas de papel, cajas de cartón -muchas veces reutilizadas-, papel periódico, papel trizado y cajas de huevo. Si recibís espuma o plástico burbuja en tu pedido, estamos reutilizando de algo que recibimos.
Tiempos
Los pedidos de piezas listas, pueden tardar hasta una semana en procesarse y empacarse antes de ser enviadas. Si tenés urgencia por recibir tu pedido, contáctanos y con gusto te ayudamos a agilizar el proceso. También podés recoger tu pedido en el taller.
Hecho con mis manos
Cada pieza fue moldeada y esmaltada a mano en mi taller en San José, Costa Rica.
Al ser piezas hechas a mano y sin moldes, todas las piezas tendrán variaciones de color, forma y tamaño.
Devoluciones / Cambios / Reintegros
Todas las ventas son finales. Si tuviste algún problema relacionado con el envío o si por algún motivo no estás satisfecho con tu compra, contactanos de inmediato.
Envíos internacionales
Hacemos envíos internacionales con DHL! El precio se les calculará automáticamente al hacer el pedido.
Tarifas
CRC 2,000 dentro de la GAM (Mensajería Mash o Pymexpress)
Fuera de la GAM:
2,500 por primer kg.
1,150 por kg adicional
Si preferís, podés avisarnos y retirar tu pedido en nuestro taller.

Cuidados
Nuestras piezas son para uso diario, aunque por su naturaleza, deben manipularse con cuidado. Son aptas para alimentos, microondas y lavavajillas, sin embargo recomendamos lavarlas a mano para su longevidad.
Las piezas no deben someterse a cambios drásticos de temperatura (por ejemplo sacarlas del refrigerador y meterlas al horno)
Shipping Terms
Packaging
We carefully pack our pieces in an as eco-friendly manner as possible. We use paper bags, new or reused cardboard boxes, newspaper, shredded paper and egg cartons. If you receive foam or bubble wrap with your order, you can be certain that we are reusing it from something we received.
Timing
Ready-to-ship orders can take up to a week to process and pack before being shipped. If you have an urgent need to receive your order, contact us and we will make every possible effort to speed up the process.
Made by hand
Each piece was shaped and glazed by hand in my workshop in San José, Costa Rica.
Because of the handmade nature of our pieces, they will all have variations in color, shape and size.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
All sales are final. If you have any problems related to how your pieces arrived after shipping, please contact us immediately. A picture that shows the problem will make it easy for us to understand and would be appreciated.

Flat rate CRC 2,000 within the GAM (Grand Metropolitan Area)
If you prefer, you can notify us and pick up your order in our workshop.
Pick up hours: Tuesday and Friday 10am - 4pm

Care
Our pieces are intended for everyday use. If handled with care, they should last a lifetime.
They're food, microwave and dishwasher safe, however we recommend washing them by hand to extend their life span.
The pieces must not be shocked with drastic temperature changes (for example, going from the fridge and into the microwave)
